The new Vitebskenergo settlement and cash center has opened in Verkhnedvinsk

A new cash and settlement center of RUP "Vitebskenergo" has opened in Verkhnedvinsk, as reported by the State Production Association "Belenergo".

"The opening of such centers is a continuation of "Belenergo's" policy to improve the quality of service for citizens and legal entities," noted Sergey Shebeko, Deputy General Director of "Belenergo," at the opening ceremony. This allows for ensuring accessibility of connection to the energy system's electric grids, transparency of relationships between parties under energy supply agreements, and the implementation of information technologies in interaction with consumers. In total, 22 cash and settlement centers and 5 service and settlement centers are already operating across the country.

The new facility, located on Sovetskaya Street, is the thirteenth cash and settlement center of RUP "Vitebskenergo." It meets modern standards for receiving visitors and operates from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and until 5:00 PM on Saturdays. The adjacent territory has been improved, a parking lot has been equipped, and barrier-free access to the building is provided for visitors with disabilities. The center has implemented modern software, expanded communication channels, and installed automatic subscriber notification devices and other technical means that fully satisfy consumer requests. Furthermore, the consolidation of three previously geographically separated departments ("Electric Grids," "Energy Supervision," and "Energy Sales") into common premises will improve the quality and efficiency of service for citizens and legal entities, including the performance of administrative procedures for connecting to the electric grid, as the entire set of issues will now be resolved in one place.

As part of the program to modernize electricity metering devices in the Verkhnedvinsk district, sales departments have replaced nearly 5.7 thousand induction meters with modern electronic ones. This year alone, 1.3 thousand devices have been replaced. Automated systems for electricity control and metering have been installed in 26 transformer substations and 7 apartment buildings, serving over 2.7 thousand household subscribers. In 2019

"Vitebskenergo" plans to open a settlement and cash center in Braslav.
