A new resident of the FEZ "Vitebsk" will produce veterinary drugs with the participation of Russian capital

Recently, LLC "Belcarolin" has been registered as a new resident of the "Vitebsk" free economic zone with a project to create an import-substituting and export-oriented production of veterinary drugs.

According to official information, the Vitebsk enterprise will implement its plans with the participation of a Russian investor. Under the terms of the FEZ, the investment volume must be at least 1 million euros, and if the project initiators are ready to invest money within 3 years, this threshold is reduced to 500 thousand euros.

In 2004, LLC "Belcarolin" obtained a license and began the development and production of veterinary drugs. Judging by the information posted on the company's website, in 2016 the company began construction of a modern plant in compliance with the international GMP standard requirements.

It is noteworthy that a similar production facility was planned to be built at the intersection of Chkalov and P. Brovka streets in the regional center. In October 2016, the investor purchased the right to lease a land plot of 0.4 hectares formed there for 22 thousand rubles based on the results of an auction at VITEBSK REGIONAL MARKETING CENTER CC.

LLC "Belcarolin" is currently categorically refusing to communicate with the press.
