The new shopping center on Stroiteley Avenue in Vitebsk will open at the end of 2015
A new shopping center on Stroiteley Avenue in Vitebsk will open at the end of 2015. The investor of the project is ZAO "Firma "Omega", which plans to invest about 15 million dollars in this facility.
The exclusive agent for leasing the premises of the shopping center is the international company "Colliers International". As reported to "Vitebskiye Vesti" by the marketing coordinator of the Belarusian office of the company, Emilia Kludt, the total area of the two-story building will be 12.8 thousand sq. m, of which almost 70% is planned to be leased to tenants. The location is chosen in such a way that potential visitors to the center are about 180 thousand people living in the nearby microdistricts (Yuga and Medtsentr). It is expected that clothing, footwear, accessories, cosmetics, and children's goods stores will be represented here. In particular, the Russian fashion clothing retail chain "O'STIN" will open its first store in Vitebsk.
Anchor tenants will include a home appliance supermarket
"Elektrosila" (1.4 thousand sq. m) and the sports goods supermarket "Sportmaster" (1.3 thousand sq. m), which together will occupy almost a third of all leasable areas of the shopping complex. The food service operator will be the cafe "Garage" (450 sq. m). The project also includes the creation of an above-ground parking lot for 250 parking spaces.Sergey Antonov, "Vitebskiye vesti"
