A new workshop for the production of expanded clay concrete blocks has opened in Novolukoml

Новый цех по производству керамзитобетонных блоков открылся в Новолукомле

This is a wonderful gift to the entire country, prepared by the staff of OJSC "Keramzit Gravel Plant of Novolukoml" for its 35th anniversary. At the celebrations held last Friday, along with the awards for the best employees of the enterprise, a presentation of the new production line for expanded clay concrete blocks "ThermoComfort" took place. The investment project, valued at over 9 million euros, was successfully implemented in less than a year.

The automated line of German production allows for approximately a fivefold increase in the output of products in demand in the construction industry market. Last year, consumers, who had long been convinced of the quality and reliability of construction materials from Novolukoml, had to wait in queues for several months. This is not surprising: "ThermoComfort" blocks, while maintaining all their characteristics, allow for material savings of up to 20 percent. This significantly reduces the cost of housing construction, while enabling the erection of comfortable, reliable, and safe homes. There are no analogues to this unique product in the Republic of Belarus and the CIS countries.
The governor of the region, Alexander Kosinets, cordially congratulated the director of the enterprise, Mikhail Lazarashvili, and the entire staff. The congratulatory address specifically states that the keramzit gravel plant in Novolukoml is one of the largest in Europe, and its success is ensured by consistent innovative and investment development. And the chairman of the Chashniki District Executive Committee, Vladimir Bulay, congratulating the staff, emphasized:
– The keramzit gravel plant is a calling card and pride of Novolukoml and the entire region!

The best employees of the enterprise were awarded with Certificates of Honor from the Regional Executive Committee, Chashniki District Executive Committee, Novolukoml City Executive Committee, the Ministry of Architecture and Construction, and the enterprise's management. Novolukoml residents were congratulated by partners, colleagues from a research institute, and similar enterprises from the Moscow region. The anniversary turned out to be not only solemn but also business-like: during the presentation of the new workshop and its products, the plant director Mikhail Lazarashvili had to answer many questions from guests. The attention of specialists from Belarus and Russia clearly indicates a serious interest in studying the experience of Novolukoml residents.
