Those in need of housing improvement in Vitebsk will receive 400 apartments by the end of the year
79 large families will become owners of the coveted "squares", citizens from emergency and dilapidated housing will be relocated to 140 apartments, and 11 premises will be acquired by those belonging to the social category. Those in need of improved housing conditions will receive keys to 400 apartments.
As noted by Igor Kadushko, Head of the Construction Department of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee, Bilevo remains the main district for multi-story construction. By the end of December, it is planned to commission a 120-apartment residential building in Bilevo-1. A similar facility, albeit a rental one, will appear in Bilevo-2. The construction of a 200-apartment building in Bilevo-3 is in the final stage. In addition, a 160-apartment building on Herzen Street will appear on the map of the northern capital.
By the way, over 10 months, the construction of 18 apartment buildings and 100 individual residential buildings with a total area of about 135 thousand sq. m has been completed in the regional center.
