About politics, science, history, and even space: Lukyanov and Azarenok took part in the "Zachetny Razgovor" at VGMU

О политике, науке, истории и даже космосе: Лукьянов и Азаренок приняли участие в «Зачетном разговоре» в ВГМУ
At Vitebsk State Medical University, as part of the informational and educational project "Zachetny Razgovor" (Credit Conversation), a dialogue platform was held with the participation of the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the BRSM, Alexander Lukyanov, the First Secretary of the Regional Committee of the BRSM, Vladimir Babichev, as well as the well-known TV presenter, journalist, and propagandist Grigory Azarenok. After a tour of the educational institution, the opinion leaders discussed politics, science, history, and even space flights with the students.

– By meeting with young people in this format, we want to remind them that representatives of the authorities and leaders of public organizations are not indifferent to their audience, live by their interests, and are always nearby, – noted Alexander Lukyanov. – We are ready to discuss any issues that concern students with them.

The speech by Grigory Azarenok was particularly inspiring for those present, as he engaged the audience in a dialogue and spoke to them in simple terms about complex matters. The TV presenter and journalist urged young people to perceive any information through the prism of reason, so as not to fall victim to an information war.

– Otto von Bismarck said that newspapers shoot first, and then cannons. Due to incorrectly presented and understood information, relationships between people are destroyed, and even wars break out, – noted Grigory Azarenok. – Under the guise of goodwill, unscrupulous people impose false values on society. And only with a sound mind can one distinguish truth from beautiful illusion.

The attendees also greeted with stormy applause Elizaveta Ivanova, a student of VSMU, the winner of the republican project "100 Ideas for Belarus" and a laureate of the "100 Ideas for the CIS" project. The girl's research is related to neuroprogramming. The young scientist is developing special glasses and gloves that allow blind and visually impaired people to better perceive the world around them and socialize. By decision of the regional committee of the BRSM, Elizaveta Ivanova has been nominated as a delegate to the All-Belarusian People's Assembly.
