Vitebskobllion OJSC was among the awarded companies thanks to the trust of foreign partners in the high quality of the supplied products. The latter is based on strict compliance of all export batches of goods with established requirements. In particular, each of them is formed manually in compliance with parameters for color, flax fiber number, processing purity, length, and strength, the director noted.
The success of the association's export policy is best confirmed by the figures: in January-April, Vitebskobllion OJSC exported more than 1.5 thousand tons of flax fiber for $1.3 million, which is six times more compared to the same period last year. Supplies were made to Russia, Lithuania, Slovakia, China, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, and Belgium. The sales profitability was 8.7%.
The Trade Leader's Club has existed since 1978 and brings together over 7,000 companies from 112 countries. The honorary award will be presented to a representative of Vitebskobllion OJSC on July 11 in Geneva (Switzerland). During the award ceremony, the Vitebsk enterprise will also be awarded the Gold Medal for Business Excellence in recognition of its outstanding work.
Among the events planned for the award ceremony, a business meeting will be organized to present the awarded companies and enterprises with the aim of networking and establishing commercial contacts between participants from 35 countries.
