The competition "Best Chairman of the Homeowners Association in the Vitebsk Region" has been announced

On the initiative of the Public Council for Promoting the Development of the Joint Property Management System under the Housing and Communal Services Department, the competition "Best Chairman of a Homeowners' Association in the Vitebsk Region" has been announced.

Heads of homeowners' associations will compete in the following nominations: "Best Yard Improvement", "Best Entrance Maintenance", "Best Technical Maintenance of the Building", "Best Material and Technical Base", "Best Energy-Saving House".

Chairmen of joint property homeowners' associations in the housing stock of the Vitebsk region are invited to participate in the competition. To participate in the competition, it is necessary to send an application and the Applicant's Questionnaire to the electronic address of the Public Council vitsovet@mail.ru.

The forms are available on the website of the Housing and Communal Services Department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

Applications are accepted until October 15, 2013.

The results will be announced by December 1, 2013. Winners will receive diplomas and valuable prizes.

The purpose of this competition is to increase the efficiency and reliability of housing and communal services facilities, and to improve the quality of services provided based on the fulfillment of social standards with a mandatory reduction in the costs of their provision.
