Announcement of an open competitive selection for the organization of events showcasing innovative and scientific-technical achievements of the Vitebsk region, with the involvement of funds from the innovation fund of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee within the framework of Vitebsk Days
The open competitive selection is carried out in accordance with the decision of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies dated August 23, 2012 No. 203 (as amended by the decision of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies dated December 27, 2016 No. 172).
Organizer: Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
Customer: Committee for Economy of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
Information about the event: holding events for innovative and scientific-technical achievements of the Vitebsk region within the framework of the Vitebsk Region Days in Pskov (hereinafter referred to as the events):
1. Operation of exhibitions and expositions of scientific and technical achievements of the Vitebsk region, including:
"Innovative prospects for the development of the Vitebsk region in industry, agriculture and other sectors";
exhibition fair of the food and light industry of the Vitebsk region "Innovative developments and innovative products of enterprises of the Vitebsk region";
exhibition of equipment, including innovative, agricultural, special and other;
presentation of the cultural and tourism potential of the Vitebsk region.
2. Other events:
working meetings, negotiations, other events.
Date and venue of the events: August 28 – September 1, 2024, Pskov, Russian Federation.
Sources of financing: innovation fund of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee (up to 20,200 rubles) and other funds not prohibited by legislation.
Requirements for participants in the open competitive selection:
- experience in organizing exhibitions, including international ones, including with the presentation of innovative projects – at least 5 years;
Funds from the innovation fund are directed to:
- services for organizing events (installation/dismantling, loading/unloading of exhibition pavilions, exhibition equipment, etc.);
- transport services for the delivery of exhibition pavilions, exhibition and other equipment necessary for holding the events;
- ensuring the holding of events
scientific and technical focus with presentation and handout materials;- other purposes (if necessary).
Other funds are directed to:
- rental costs for premises, exhibition pavilions and equipment for holding events, exhibitions, reimbursement of utility payments;
- purchase of souvenir products;
- coffee breaks;
- work on the preparation and resolution of organizational and other issues related to the organization and holding of events;
- other purposes (if necessary).
Documents submitted for participation:
- application for participation in the open competitive selection with justification for the need to allocate funds from the innovation fund, and the directions for their use;
- certificate of state registration of the enterprise (organization);
- documents confirming the economic and financial position of the organization;
- information confirming the experience in holding exhibitions, including international ones;
- preliminary estimate of the use of funds;
- other documents and materials related to the implementation of the event.
Deadlines and place for submitting documents: documents for participation in the open competitive selection are accepted from the moment of publication of this announcement until 4:00 PM on August 15, 2024 at the address: Vitebsk, Gogol St., 6, Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Economics Committee, office No. 307.
Documents received after the specified deadline will not be considered.
The allocation of funds from the innovation fund of the regional executive committee is carried out on a non-repayable basis and is carried out through state treasury bodies upon completion of work (provision of services) after the preparation and submission of the final cost estimate.
During the open competitive selection, the commission, when determining the winners, is guided by the criteria of the best quality of event execution and the lowest price, as well as the possible economic, social and other benefits of the events.
Decision
The decision on the selection of the Winner of the event is made by open vote by a majority of votes of the commission members present at the meeting and is formalized by the minutes of the commission meeting.
The results of the competitive selection are published on the official website of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee within 3 working days from the moment the decision on the selection of the Winner is made.
