The regional stage of the "Rainbow Round Dance" festival was held in Vitebsk
The final round of the regional stage of the XIII Republican Festival of Artistic Creativity "Viasolkovy Karagod" was held at the Vitebsk Regional Palace of Children and Youth. 169 people took part in the festival, including members of collectives, aged from 3 to 18 years. Among them are orphans, children left without parental care, children with psychophysical development peculiarities, children with disabilities, being raised and educated in orphanages, boarding schools, and educational institutions of the region.
Winners were determined in two areas: amateur performing arts, and fine and decorative arts.
As a result, the jury identified the children who will represent the Vitebsk region in June at the final gala concert at the National Children's Educational and Health Center "Zubronok".

- In the "Best Instrumental Ensemble" nomination, the auxiliary school No. 24 of Orsha won;
- "Best Musical Ensemble" - auxiliary school No. 26 of Vitebsk;
- "Best Theater Ensemble" - "Raduga" theater of the Center for Children's Creative Development and Education of Novopolotsk;
- "Best Variety and Circus Ensemble" - Miory Center for Correctional and Developmental Education and Rehabilitation;
- "Best Children's Ensemble" - "Vesyoliy Kabluchok" of Podsvilskoye Kindergarten - Secondary School of the Gluboksky District.
- Among vocalists, Arina Mikhailovskaya from Secondary School No. 25 of Vitebsk became the best.
- Among reciters, Ivan Molchanov from Secondary School No. 47 of Vitebsk named after E. Ivanovsky was singled out, and Kirill Evnevich from the Regional Center for Correctional and Developmental Education and Rehabilitation became the best musical instrument performer.
