"It's not a sin to laugh". Under this title, the regional humor festival will be held in Shumilino on November 8-9. More than 300 amateur groups and individual performers from all regions of Vitebsk Oblast will take part in it.

Смеяться не грех». Under this title, the regional humor festival will be held in Shumilino on November 8-9. More than 300 amateur groups and individual performers from all regions of Vitebsk Oblast will take part in it. For two days, they will practice the art of parodies, clownery, humoristic sketches, and other fun genres.

As experienced people say, jokes are better perceived on a full stomach, so the organizers of the humor festival decided to organize an exhibition-fair in the foyer of the Shumilino City House of Culture

«Чем богаты – тем и рады», at which everyone can enjoy traditional Belarusian dishes, as well as participate in games and contests. For the first time, the competition "Super-Scarecrow" will be held, for which each region of the oblast creates its exclusive exhibit.

The festival will conclude with a gala concert and awarding of the winners.
