President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has conferred regular military and special ranks. The Prosecutor of Vitebsk region Gennady Dysko has been awarded the class rank of State Counselor of Justice, 3rd class. The head of state signed the corresponding decree on June 30, 2014.

The President has consented to the inclusion of the Head of the Department of the State Security Committee of the Republic of Belarus for Vitebsk Region, Sergey Mikhailovich Feoktistov, in the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
