About 100,000 people took part in the Independence Day celebrations in the Vitebsk region

July 4, Vitebsk / Sergey Kotoveto - BELTA/. About 100,000 guests and residents of the Vitebsk region took part in the celebrations dedicated to Independence Day in the region. This was announced to journalists by Vladimir Papko, Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Regional Executive Committee, in response to a question from a BELTA correspondent.

The festive events and celebrations were held in an organized manner, without public order violations. In Vitebsk alone, at least 30,000 people attended the theatrical procession, concerts, and fireworks display.

Over the past day, a total of 15 crimes were registered throughout the region, of which eleven offenses were solved hot on the trail.-0-
