About 170 New Year's fairs will be held in the Vitebsk region
In total, during the pre-New Year season, trade facilities in the region plan to hold about 4,000 various events. Thus, starting from November 23, festive exhibitions-sales, sales at reduced prices, food tastings, and promotional events offering discounts on goods and services will be held in the region. Expanded sales of natural fir trees by the forestry enterprises of the Vitebsk State Production Forestry Association will begin on December 21. Pre-New Year fairs for the sale of food and non-food products, and products manufactured by catering facilities, will start on December 14.
Currently, trade facilities are preparing for the upcoming holidays. Some large shopping centers in Vitebsk have already changed the thematic decoration of their interiors and building facades, delighting visitors with garlands of New Year lights and themed photo zones. By November 25, all trade facilities will change their decor. At the same time, you can feel the festive mood of the winter holidays even now. Expanded sales of Christmas tree decorations, carnival costumes, artificial fir and pine trees, and New Year-themed souvenirs are already underway, and soon the stores' assortment will be replenished with other various thematic goods and children's New Year gifts.
