About 40 enterprises will present their products at the exhibition-fair "Small Business in Festival Vitebsk"

July 6, Vitebsk / Sergey Kotov - BELTA/. The exposition of the XI Republican exhibition-fair "Small Business in Festival Vitebsk", which will be held in the regional center from July 7 to 14, includes about 40 enterprises from all regions of Belarus. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by the Vitebsk Regional Marketing Center.

Over the years, the exhibition project has gained popularity, so the organizers have the opportunity to present the best domestic producers in the small and medium-sized business segment. This year, an exhibition pavilion with an area of about 500 sq.m will be deployed on the territory of the cultural and historical complex "Golden Ring of Vitebsk "Dvina", which will become one of the central venues for the events of the "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" festival. This will allow the participants of the exhibition-fair to demonstrate their products and achievements to a wide range of potential buyers, including guests of the festival city.

The theme of the exhibition has retained its traditional focus. The exposition will feature consumer goods, including textile and knitwear, home and interior goods, tableware, crystal, leather goods, souvenirs, and cosmetics.

The business program of the exhibition includes a round table "Formation of infrastructure for supporting small and medium-sized entrepreneurship in the regions. Experience, problems, prospects". Representatives of the Department for Entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economy, heads of entrepreneurship departments of regional executive committees, and business support infrastructure entities will take part in its work.

The exhibition-fair is designed to promote the development of a competitive environment, stimulate the development of cooperation between domestic and foreign small businesses, and create conditions for domestic producers to enter foreign markets.

The organizers of the event are the Department for Entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economy of Belarus, the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, and the communal consulting unitary enterprise "Vitebsk Regional Marketing Center".-0-
