The "Verkhniy Lug" enterprise processes about 50 tons of milk per day
UPP "Verkhny Lug", a structural unit of the Verkhnedvinsk Butter and Cheese Factory, has become the laureate of the regional award for achievements in quality.
Stable operation and dynamic development have allowed the enterprise to increase milk processing volumes, and the high quality of products has made them in demand both in the domestic market and abroad.
Currently, the enterprise processes an average of about 50 tons of milk per day and has almost doubled the output of finished products, to an average of 5 tons.
To stay on trend, the enterprise promptly responds to consumer demand by developing new types of products. Thus, a new type of cheese, "Turkish White," is currently being prepared for release here.
