About 600 young people from the Vitebsk region will receive passports as part of the BRSM republican campaign "We are Citizens of Belarus", timed to coincide with Constitution Day

Thus, in educational institutions of Polotsk, "round tables" and talk shows will be held with the participation of teenagers, representatives of authorities, deputies, and honorary citizens of the city; in Dokshitsy, a festive program will take place in the "Iskra" concert hall; and in Vitebsk, a meeting of generations will be held at the Museum of Labor and Komsomol Glory of OJSC "KIM".

The main event of the campaign will take place at the Vitebsk Regional Philharmonic. Here, on March 15, 20 gifted and successful young citizens who have distinguished themselves in science, culture, sports, and public activities will become holders of the most important document. Representatives of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee and the Regional Council of Deputies will congratulate them on this significant event.

Every year, the all-Belarusian campaign is held with the aim of patriotic education of youth and the formation of national and civic consciousness.
