The exhibition "On the Paths of History" in Vitebsk invites you to dive into the Viking era

An exhibition "On the Paths of History" invites you to immerse yourself in the distant era of Vikings, Krivichi and Latgalians, which opened today at the Vitebsk Regional Museum of Local Lore, reports a BELTA correspondent. The extensive exhibition features costumes, weapons, armor, jewelry, household items and utensils that were used in the daily lives of the inhabitants of the Dvina region and adjacent territories in the 9th-11th centuries. All exhibits are handmade from natural materials. Moreover, no modern technologies were used in the production of any of the presented items, claim the authors of the exhibition - members of the People's Club of Historical Reconstruction "Wargenthorn".
