Oleg Lyndin headed the Tolochin District Executive Committee
At an extraordinary session of the district council of deputies in Tolochin, Oleg Lyndin was approved as the head of the district.
Prior to this, since 2016, Oleg Mikhailovich headed the Dubrovno district, of which he is a native. And even earlier, for many years he worked as the chief engineer, then the director of the agricultural enterprise "40 years of October", and in 2011 he became the first deputy chairman – head of the department of agriculture and food of the Dubrovno District Executive Committee.
Assessing Oleg Lyndin's experience in agriculture, Nikolai Sherstnev urged him primarily to develop the agro-industrial sector of Tolochinshchina, which has seen positive changes recently, but not yet sufficient for an effective economy.
— The Tolochin district is agrarian. In a short time, we must practically rebuild the management model of the agro-industrial sector and agricultural production, create conditions for working people. Analyze the condition of each farm, building in the village, and carry out reconstruction where necessary. There will be weight gain, milk – people will work, which means the economy will develop, – emphasized Nikolai Nikolaevich.
By order of the head of the region, the new chairman of the district executive committee is to implement two large-scale agricultural projects – the construction of a flax processing plant and a large technological dairy complex designed for 4.5 thousand heads of cattle, of which 2 thousand are a milking herd. In addition, Nikolai Sherstnev set the task to double the volume of crop production in the Tolochin district, with a special emphasis on corn. Ahead of the sowing campaign, he focused on training specialists to work with energy-efficient equipment. The chairman of the regional executive committee also noted the need to form attractive conditions for business and investment in the district.
Oleg Lyndin also spoke about the importance of consolidating efforts in the agro-industrial complex and other areas.
– The economy of the district directly depends on the volume of production and sale of agricultural products. The results in crop production and livestock farming do not yet allow us to reach self-financing. Therefore, I consider it necessary to increase the responsibility of the district's staff, labor and technological discipline. We must not overlook the social block: issues of employment, healthcare, education, law and order, because our main goal is to improve the quality of life of the population, – said Oleg Mikhailovich.
