A resident of Orsha killed his father for criticizing his intimate life, the investigator of the investigative department of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, Artur Sudilovsky, told a BELTA correspondent. For the past two years, the young man has had scandals almost daily for any reason with his 45-year-old father, who is a group 3 invalid. The personal animosity that had accumulated between the relatives, forced to live under one roof, eventually became the cause of the murder, and alcohol and the father's criticism of his son's personal life served as the trigger for its commission. A criminal case has been initiated against the 21-year-old young man for murder under Part 1 of Article 139 of the Criminal Code of Belarus, which provides for up to 15 years of imprisonment.
