Orsha poultry farm will invest Br4.2 billion in production development in 2009.
July 6, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. RSP "Orsha Poultry Farm" will invest Br4.2 billion in production development this year, the enterprise director Anatoly Pashkevich told a BELTA correspondent.
One of the main projects is the modernization of the egg processing workshop. An egg deep processing line worth Br2.3 billion was purchased, which will allow the poultry farm to produce a new type of product - melange, as well as separate protein and yolk. The resulting product, widely used in the production of meat, dairy and confectionery products, will be supplied to processing enterprises. French equipment with a capacity of 10 thousand eggs per hour, or 80 thousand eggs per shift, has already been delivered to the enterprise, and its commissioning is planned for August.
As part of the re-equipment program, the poultry farm has begun modernizing the transformer substation and installing new poultry equipment in poultry house No. 5, the replacement of which will increase the bird population in this workshop from 32 thousand to 52 thousand. By 2011, the enterprise plans to renovate three more poultry houses.
According to the results of the first quarter, revenue from sales amounted to Br7.7 billion. Products are sold in Belarus. About 35% of the eggs produced are exported to Russia. -0-
