This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by Alexander Kazakov, a forensic investigator of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office. According to him, the crime was committed by a local unemployed resident born in 1983 and a 9th-grade student. The victim of the young men, heated by alcohol, was a 53-year-old Orsha resident who knocked on the window at the wrong time. They brutally beat the man they disliked, inflicting more than ten blows to the head and body, and dumped the body in one of the neighboring yards, where it was discovered by passers-by. "As the perpetrators later explained, they did it for no particular reason," said Alexander Kazakov. The young men have been detained. A criminal case has been initiated against them.
