The Orsha district must set an example of development for cities and districts of the country - Natalia Kochanova

The Orsha District should set an example of development for cities and districts of the country. This was noted by the Head of the Presidential Administration, Natalya Kochanova, who yesterday introduced the new chairman of the district executive committee, Alexander Poznyak, to the active members of the Orsha District.

At an extraordinary session of the Orsha District Council, Alexander Poznyak was approved as the chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee. Prior to this, he served as the President's Aide - Inspector for the Vitebsk Region. Speaking to journalists after the session, Natalya Kochanova emphasized that the tasks set for the district remain the same.

"This is the effective work of each enterprise and the effective work of the district as a whole. The Orsha District should be an example in regional development for cities and districts of the country. The task has been set to show by the example of Orsha how a city and a district can develop. How enterprises, organizations, and institutions can work effectively to form a budget and solve social problems," said the Head of Administration. She noted that personnel play a key role in organizing the work of enterprises and districts. In this context, the role of the leader is extremely important.

"If the leader is in his place, he understands the tasks that stand before him, he knows how to work with people, all problems are solvable. When I visit regions, I see that in the same economic situation, enterprises work differently. Where the leader works really well, the enterprise also has success. And there are many examples of this in our country, and there are enough such examples in Orsha," Natalya Kochanova stated.
