Orsha district is first among the regions of Vitebsk Oblast in terms of the number of new buildings for large families
In the Vitebsk region, over 32.5 thousand square meters of housing for large families have been built since the beginning of the year. This is approximately 410 apartments, which is more than last year's figure. In the near future, the number of happy owners of their own square meters will increase: the construction of several more houses is nearing completion. The largest number of housewarmings (excluding Vitebsk) were celebrated by residents of the Orsha district, where over 120 apartments have already been commissioned for large families. By the New Year, it is planned to commission another ten-story 120-apartment building here. Almost half of the square meters in it will also be allocated to large families.

...Maxim and Anastasia Tarasov live in Andreevshchina, which has recently become one of the microdistricts of Orsha. A few years ago, the young large family received housing in a new building. The state provided a subsidy that almost completely covered all expenses. At that time, the Tarasovs had four children. Now they have six: 12-year-old Egor, 10-year-old Stanislav, 8-year-old Anna, 6-year-old Yana, 1.5-year-old Gleb, and 3-month-old Kira.

The owners of the old houses are not offended — in accordance with the legislation, we immediately provide everyone with comfortable housing in new buildings. And this site is for a kindergarten for 175 places. The project is already under examination. We will start construction this year. So, the new residents will have all amenities within walking distance.
The contractor's representative, the site manager of the construction company "Prometey" from the Mogilev region, Sergey Yakovlev, assures on his part that everything will be done on time:
— If necessary, we also work on Saturdays, we understand our responsibility. There are no financial problems. In the morning — percentage, in the evening — money. Many works are advanced. And the main thing from us is pace and quality. I hope the future new residents will be satisfied.
