Orsha residents are among the export leaders

OJSC Stankozavod «Krasny Borrets», which is currently part of the holding company «Belstankoinstrument», remains one of the largest machine-tool building associations in the former Soviet Union, producing modern equipment for both universal and special purposes. The products of Orsha residents are popular in the CIS countries and Europe. According to the results of 2014, «Krasny Borrets» was recognized as the best exporter among the enterprises of the Republic of Belarus, and its director Alexander Shulgin (pictured) was awarded the personal order Import Export Award for outstanding achievements in foreign economic activity, as well as a medal for the achievements of the exporting enterprise in current rating programs and a certificate «Exporter of the Year». Today, the industrial enterprise's order portfolio includes grinding, forging and pressing equipment, and milling machines, which are purchased in Russia and Kazakhstan. In particular, an order has been fulfilled for neighboring regions – companies in Pskov and the Pskov region. As reported by Vyacheslav Bushin, Deputy Director for Marketing and Sales, the plant annually participates in 25 exhibitions in Belarus and neighboring countries. Very recently, a delegation from the plant visited Yekaterinburg. These days, representatives of the enterprise are in Germany and the Czech Republic. In general, «Krasny Borrets» currently exports its products to 115 countries worldwide.
