Orshastroy materialy is looking for an investor to organize the production of dry building mixes

OJSC "OrshaStroyMaterialy" is looking for an investor to implement a project for the production of dry building mixes, the enterprise informed a BELTA correspondent. The required investment volume is about Br3 billion. These funds are planned to be used to purchase special technological equipment for processing autoclaved aerated concrete. The payback period of the project is 6 years. As explained at the enterprise, in 2009 OJSC "OrshaStroyMaterialy" began producing wall blocks made of aerated concrete, which are used for laying with adhesive in civil and industrial construction systems and are used for laying external, internal walls, basement walls and partitions of buildings. The implementation of the project for the production of dry building mixes, presented at the international investment forum in Vitebsk, will help solve the problem of waste from this production and expand the range of manufactured products. Open Joint Stock Company "OrshaStroyMaterialy" specializes in the production of concrete blocks, paving and road curbs, edging stones, and ceramic products. The share of blocks is 95% in the range of building materials. The monthly production volume is about 20 thousand cubic meters. -0-
