2 appeals were received by the President from citizens of the Miory district

2 appeals were received by the President from the citizens of the Miory district. Prior to this, they had not appealed to the district executive committee.

There are four children in a family from Sloboda, two of whom are minors, the youngest has developmental disabilities. For him to grow and live on an equal footing with others, he should attend the Center for Correctional and Developmental Education and Rehabilitation, which is located in Miory. They decided to build an apartment in the city for the move. Currently, they live in a house belonging to one of the district's agricultural organizations. They have been trying to privatize it since 2015. However, they did not receive permission from the head. There was also no lease agreement, according to which the mother was previously accommodated and registered in the house. They did not seek advice anywhere, and therefore did not join the queue of those in need of housing improvement.

On the recommendation of specialists from the department of architecture and construction, housing and communal services of the district executive committee, a resident of Sloboda applied to the Uzmensky rural executive committee to be registered as in need of housing improvement. They are currently collecting the necessary documents. The family raising a child with a disability will be included in the district lists for the priority receipt of a one-time subsidy for the construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of residential premises. This year, a 40-apartment building is being constructed in the district center at 29 Lermontova Street. However, due to the difficult financial situation, they plan to use the benefits in 2020, when the construction of a similar building at 27 Lermontova Street is planned.

In a family from Pestuny, where there are three children, one of whom has developmental disabilities, and the mother is a group II visually impaired person, they also failed to register as in need of housing improvement. Based on the submitted application, the Miory rural executive committee carried out the procedure and made the corresponding decision on March 18, 2019. The villagers will build a two-room apartment in the city using state support funds.
