From major repairs to preferential lending: Anatoly Linevich held a citizens' reception and a "hotline" in Beshenkovichi
Assistant to the President of the Republic of Belarus – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region Anatoly Linevich held a reception of citizens and a "hotline" in Beshenkovichi. He took some of the appeals under his personal control. Representatives of the local authorities were present at the event.
The first to call was a resident of the village of Dubki. He is concerned that the mobile shop will stop coming to the settlement due to the bad road. The saleswoman told him about this. According to Gennady Shvedov, Chairman of the District Council of Deputies, the schedule of the mobile shop's visits has not changed, and the road is periodically covered with gravel so that the vehicle can reach it. "Inform the public about this, so that people do not say that you are doing nothing," noted Anatoly Linevich.
A similar situation with untimely informing people occurred in the village of Malyya Galyni. A resident of this village called the President's Assistant to clarify whether the 10% discounts on food products for pensioners are still valid. "It is necessary for salespersons to conduct explanatory work with people," Anatoly Linevich instructed.
The next call was from Polotsk. A woman called about the apartment of her parents who live in Beshenkovichi. She complained about insufficient heating. As Viktor Grishan, Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee, promised, this year a section of the heating main will be reconstructed, and people will have heat. "This situation will be under my personal control, this problem must be eliminated," said Anatoly Linevich. "In addition, in the future, through the media, it is necessary to inform the public about what work is currently being carried out in the settlements of the district."
A 23-year-old resident of Beshenkovichi came for a personal appointment with the Assistant to the President. She spoke about her difficult situation: "I am a mother of many children, I have three children. We live in my husband's one-room apartment, which he bought on credit. After the birth of twins, we were put on the waiting list for housing improvement. A few months ago, we were offered a two-room apartment. Its cost is 106 thousand rubles. Of this amount, the state allocates a subsidy of 54 thousand. We can pay another 23.5 thousand with maternity capital. Thank you very much for this. For the remaining 28 thousand, the bank offers a loan at 25%. But at the moment, we cannot afford two loans."
"This issue needs to be worked out with the bank, to clarify whether it is possible to lift the restriction on the sale of the one-room apartment that the husband acquired at one time," suggested Anatoly Linevich.
Next, a resident of the village of Zabelie called the hotline. He spoke about a negligent neighbor whose land plot is constantly overgrown with grass. "Currently, there is deadwood there. If an unextinguished cigarette accidentally falls into it, a fire can occur. I have already appealed to the village council, the district council of deputies, but nothing has been done yet," the man complained. Anatoly Linevich gave instructions: to put things in order in the near future.
Residents of the house on Molodezhnaya Street in the district center, who came for a personal appointment, told about the vicissitudes associated with the major renovation of the house. "Currently, balconies are being replaced," complained one of them. "But some of them are good, fully glazed. Why should we destroy everything?". "We are primarily concerned about people's safety," emphasized the deputy chairman of the district executive committee Viktor Grishan. "All work is carried out according to the project. The contractor, if necessary, can dismantle the balcony and install the glazing again, but these works are paid."
