Heating, thermal modernization of houses. Андрейченко held a reception of citizens in Glubokoye

Issues of thermal modernization of residential buildings, connection of heating, provision of benefits, and others were considered at a personal reception of citizens in Glubokoye by the Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly, Vladimir Andreichenko. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by the Glubokoye District Executive Committee.
Two people were pre-registered for the reception. A collective appeal to the Chairman of the House of Representatives was prepared by residents of an eight-apartment building on Kommunisticheskaya Street in Glubokoye. The building, constructed in 1965, is in good condition and looks good, but its facade has not yet been insulated. The applicants were explained the provisions of Decree No. 327 of the Head of State, which states that residents will have to reimburse half of the cost of the work. At the same time, citizens without benefits will pay in installments over 10 years, while those with benefits will pay over 15 years. An approximate amount was announced to them, but it needs to be clarified – the cost of the work will depend on its scope. Vladimir Andreichenko instructed that a meeting with the residents be organized next week. If 70% of them support the thermal modernization of the building, the relevant documentation will be prepared.

The Speaker noted that such houses, where residents themselves show initiative to participate financially in insulation, will be prioritized.

A man from Dokshitsky District came with his 97-year-old mother and asked for help to reconnect heating in her house. The fact is that it was previously disconnected due to a breach of contractual obligations – interference with the heating and water supply system. The man explained that his mother interfered by accident. As a result, technical water from the heating system somehow got into the water supply. All relevant fines and the cost of the cleaning work performed, according to him, have already been reimbursed. The system has been restored to the appropriate condition, but the house has not yet been reconnected to central heating. The Chairman of the House of Representatives promised that this will definitely happen before the heating season.

In addition to scheduling appointments, a man from Postavy arrived, concerned about an issue related to benefits for Afghan war veterans in housing subsidies. He was offered to submit a written statement to clarify all the nuances. Two more residents of Glubokoye approached with questions concerning healthcare and the tax inspectorate.

"Various issues arise, but behind each appeal are specific people. And they want to be heard, and their problems to be solved. The House of Representatives pays great attention to this," noted Vladimir Andreichenko. "In the first half of this year, our House of Representatives secretariat alone considered 412 appeals and statements. In addition, members of the House of Representatives, working in their constituencies, considered 3.4 thousand such appeals and statements."

According to the speaker, there has been a positive trend recently in reducing the number of citizens' appeals. This factor is influenced by the established system of work of the deputy corps and meetings with the population in work collectives. Local authorities, Vladimir Andreichenko noted, should also mobilize residents to solve problematic issues.
