Vegetables, fruits, seafood and draniki are the main culinary preferences of the star participants of "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk", as reported by a BELTA correspondent from the restaurants and cafes they frequent during the forum. Traditionally, the famous guests dine where they stay, i.e., in the restaurants of the "Eridan" and "Luchesa" hotels, as well as in the "Zolotoy Lev" restaurant, located in the center of the festival's life. According to interviewees, the star status of widely known artists is not always accompanied by an indispensable demand for exotic delicacies or incredibly complex dishes. For example, Boris Moiseev was happy with cold borscht with bread, Toto Cutugno preferred vegetables with pasta, and Lolita chose fish. In general, the main culinary preferences of the star participants of "Slavianski Bazaar" include seafood, the Belarusian draniki, which are highly favored by Oleg Gazmanov, as well as vegetables and fruits. Despite the unpretentiousness of the artists in their food choices, each of the restaurants and other cafes and bars favored by the forum guests prepared in advance for the festival: new interesting appetizers, light salads, and hot dishes appeared on the menus of many of them. But the main thing is that all this is prepared with a good mood, from the heart, and deliciously, as noted by all interviewees. -0-
