Assistant to the President – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region Anatoly Linevich held a reception of citizens at the Miory District Executive Committee
Seven people appealed to the "hotline" and personal reception of the President's Aide of the Republic of Belarus. A resident of Disna complained about the quality of water in the water supply. This problem really existed in the city. But this year, repairs to the water supply network have begun there, and the construction of a deironing station is next in line.
The issue of a resident of the village of Blazhki, who lacked two years of insurance record to be assigned a pension, was also resolved simply. The woman is offered a choice of several jobs where she can gain the required record and will be entitled to a pension.
However, to heat the agro-town of Turkova with electricity, it will be necessary to replace the power line with a more powerful one. The local authorities need to take care of this quite quickly, as the village, with more than 80 pupils in its garden-school, must develop, emphasized Anatoly Konstantinovich.
A more complex procedure awaits those who asked for help in resolving issues related to the reassessment of a house's value during privatization and the determination of land boundaries with neighbors. Each person received a consultation on how best to resolve conflict situations with less moral and material costs.
The Aide to the President of the Republic of Belarus inquired about life in the Miory region, how the local authorities care for war and labor veterans, employment and improvement of the population's well-being, organization of safe recreation for schoolchildren during holidays, and suggested proven methods of such work from other districts.
Anatoly Konstantinovich also met with the personnel reserve and visited a number of enterprises.
For instance, the white tinplate plant has entered its pre-launch phase. The territory is actively being improved, temporary buildings and site offices are being dismantled, green zones are being created, and asphalt is being laid over thousands of square meters... However, the main focus is on the primary workshop. While demonstrating and explaining the progress of equipment installation and adjustment to the President's Aide, the General Director of the enterprise, Petr Shimukovich, reported that the first stage in the technological chain is practically ready for testing. Metal has already been delivered to the plant for this purpose. Petr Shimukovich informed that the equipment run-in will take some time as it will be carried out in stages. However, the first batch of marketable products will be released from the plant in the autumn.
