Parks, alleys, and public gardens will appear in the Vitebsk region as part of the BRSM republican project

On October 28, within the framework of the Republican project "Park of Family Trees," a unified day for establishing new parks (alleys, public gardens) of family trees will be held in 15 districts of the Vitebsk region, timed to coincide with the Year of National Unity.

For example, on the territory of secondary school No. 47 named after E.F. Ivanovsky in Vitebsk, a new alley of trees will be established, in the planting of which the leadership of the Vitebsk region, the administration, and young specialists of the Pervomaisky district of Vitebsk will take part.

Working as a young specialist is an important and responsible stage in life that one wants to preserve in memory. That is why a "Young Specialists' Alley" will appear on the school grounds. The symbol of the nationwide project "Rodnaye-Narodnaye" – a red and green ribbon – will be tied to the participants of the event, and will also be presented on nameplates containing information about the young specialists of the district.

In Orsha, tree planting will take place in Heroes' Park. Young families of the Sharkovshchyna district, after an open dialogue "Belarus: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow," will plant more than 30 saplings on Vodopyanova Street.

– The project is aimed at forming traditional family and universal human values in youth, the spiritual image of the younger generation, respect for the traditions of the history and culture of the people, expanding the sphere of communication for youth in joint activities, restoring the natural balance and ecology in their place of residence through the creation and maintenance of forest areas, greening of settlements, development of park areas, and in general, the creation of an additional recreation zone with the formation of a socially useful tradition – planting trees," commented Vladimir Babichev, First Secretary of the Vitebsk Regional Committee of the BRYM NGO.
