Beekeepers of the Vitebsk region will gather at the "Honey Savior 2013" exhibition fair

On the eve of an important Orthodox holiday – Honey Spas on August 13, beekeepers of the Vitebsk region will gather on Lenin Street, on the open ground opposite the City Hall, for the "Honey Spas 2013" exhibition-fair, which everyone can visit from August 13 to 18. The event is organized by the Republican Beekeeping Association "Bee and Honey", KUUP "Vitebsk Regional Marketing Center", with the support of the Vitebsk Regional Beekeeping Service of the Committee for Agriculture and Food of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

The aim of the exhibition-fair is to revive the folk and Orthodox traditions of the Vitebsk region. High-quality domestic beekeeping products are presented at the fair.

Beekeepers from Dubrovensky district, Polotsk district, Rossony district, Mogilev district, farm "Pushchanskaya Taina", and others will take part in the exhibition-fair. Most of the participants have been professionally engaged in beekeeping for over a decade, offering only high-quality natural honey. Visitors to the exhibition will be able to participate in honey tasting.

As part of the exhibition-fair, a charity event "Help for Children" will be held, where beekeepers will donate honey and honey products to a children's shelter. Residents and guests of the city can take part in the charity event.

Also, at the exhibition-fair, not only beekeeping products will be presented, but also related goods - tea, coffee, medicinal balms, natural Belarusian spices, and much more.
