A mobile security complex of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will appear in the Vitebsk region

A mobile safety complex of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will appear in the Vitebsk region. This was announced at a briefing by the head of the Vitebsk regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Alexander Klobuk.

The complex will be created on the basis of a bus and equipped with modern training equipment and simulators, similar to the Ministry of Emergency Situations Safety Center in Vitebsk. The mobile complex will allow access to remote areas of the region and make training sessions on safe behavior for schoolchildren more accessible. "The Ministry of Emergency Situations Safety Center, opened on May 25, 2017, is visited by over 1,000 people from various regions of the region monthly. It is very popular among children, educators, and parents. To verify this, it is enough to visit and look at the reviews in the center's social media accounts," emphasized Alexander Klobuk.

In this regard, this institution will be developed. This year, it is planned to equip rooms at the center for conducting classes on a healthy lifestyle and training pregnant women and young mothers in safe behavior with children, and providing them with first aid in case of an emergency. "What to do if a child swallows a foreign object, how to properly apply a bandage, and many other situations that parents often face in life will be included in the training program," noted the head. In addition, in 2018, work will continue on the creation of Ministry of Emergency Situations Safety Centers in Novopolotsk and Orsha.
