The first rental building has been commissioned in Vitebsk

By the act of the acceptance committee, the building in Bilevo-3 was commissioned on January 31. Vitebsk DSK acted as the general contractor, and the customer was the communal unitary enterprise "Capital Construction of the City of Vitebsk". The total cost of the facility was about 32 billion Belarusian rubles (excluding facade finishing works), the source of funding is the regional budget. The area of the 120-apartment building, which consists of one- and two-room apartments, is 6,415 square meters. The owner of the housing after the decision of the city executive committee and transfer to the balance sheet will be the housing maintenance and operation department of the Pervomaisky district.
