The first marriage was registered in the new registry office hall of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Vitebsk

Previously, the registry office was located in one of the offices of the administration of the Zheleznodorozhny district. Undoubtedly, it was not very comfortable for newlyweds in this small room. And after the registry office moved to the renovated building at Srednenaberezhnaya, house 7, weddings will become more solemn.

For reference: the building stood abandoned for a long time. In 2014, the purpose of the object was determined as an administrative building, and the development of design and estimate documentation was completed. Already in 2017, it was determined that the registry office of the administration of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Vitebsk would be located in this administrative building.

The reconstruction has significantly changed the appearance of the old mansion: it now has a different roof shape, a mansard floor, extensions for technical premises, and architectural lighting of the building. There is a parking lot nearby for 8 parking spaces.

The customer for the reconstruction of the facility was the state institution "Cultural and Historical Complex "Golden Ring of Vitebsk "Dvina". The contractor was LLC "Prof NK". The cost of the project is 668 thousand rubles.

After commissioning this facility, state protection and preservation of cultural and historical heritage will be guaranteed. At the same time, the object will acquire an important social focus, contribute to the strengthening of family values, ensure the growth of paid services and budget replenishment.

In the perspective of the district's development, landscaping of the adjacent territory by organizations is planned. We want to believe that in the future this architectural corner, which is a vivid example of urban development of the late 19th - early 20th centuries, will acquire its significance and win the love of the residents of the Vitebsk region.
