The first container train with Belarusian lumber was delivered to China by the Bremeno-Orsha logistics complex

The first international container train recently delivered 41 containers with Belarusian lumber and peat fertilizers to Nanchang (China). This was reported to vitvesti.by by OOO "Bremeno Group".

In total, up to 300 railway trains are planned to be formed to China and back in 2019.

The pioneer, having covered more than 11 thousand km through Belarus, Russia, Mongolia, and China – territories of the economic belt of the New Silk Road – was immediately loaded with Chinese products for dispatch to Orsha, and then proceeded with goods to the EU countries.

The establishment of regular service on the Orsha – Nanchang route will promote the sustainable development of the multifunctional industrial and logistics complex "Bremeno-Orsha" as a distribution hub for Belarusian products supplied to foreign markets, and the growth of export of logistics services.

The train operators are a Belarusian company and its Chinese logistics partner COSCO Shipping.
