A song to the lyrics of an amateur poet from the Vitebsk region has entered the repertoire of the ensemble "Syabry"
June 28, Minsk /BelTA/. The ensemble "Syabry" has included a new song "Da tsyabe, lyubou" (To You, Love) to the lyrics of amateur poet Boris Starovoitov in its repertoire. The music was written by Honored Art Worker of Belarus Nikolai Satsuro, BelTA was informed by Elena Stelmah, Editor-in-Chief of the Belarusian Forest Newspaper.
The uniqueness of the creation of the new song lies in the fact that its author is the chief forester of the Vitebsk State Forestry Association. Together with his colleagues, he protects and multiplies the forest wealth of one of the most beautiful places in Belarus. There are many nature reserves, lakes and rivers, and picturesque places in general. The profession of a forester, closely connected with nature, has long been a source of creative inspiration for Boris Starovoitov. But such an impressive debut as a song in the repertoire of such famous artists is his first.
The author dedicates his song to the Year of the Native Land. The simple but very melodious lines show the generosity and breadth of the Belarusian soul, which cherishes its native land. In the song, the author also expresses tender feelings for his beloved woman. All this is also close and dear not only to the author of the lyrics but also to the composer and performers of the song. That is why it sounds so touching and sincere. The premiere of the song is planned for the concert on Belarus Independence Day at the "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" festival. -0-
