Five luxury cars will be at the disposal of the stars participating in the "Slavianski Bazaar".

June 19, Vitebsk / Diana Kurilo - BELTA /. Five luxury cars have been specially ordered from Minsk for the most distinguished participants of the international arts festival "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk," revealed Rodion Bass, General Director of the Vitebsk Culture Center, to journalists today, as reported by a BELTA correspondent. "There is nothing unusual about the directorate hiring special cars; this is done all over the world to fulfill the riders of famous artists," stated Rodion Bass. Mercedes-Benz S-Class W220 and W221 will be at the disposal of celebrities throughout the festival. And, according to Rodion Bass, there are more of them at this year's festival than ever before, and this refers not only to Kirkorov, Leontiev, Baskov, Pauls, Rotaru, Vaikule, but also to stars of European caliber: Sarah Connor, Lara Fabian, as well as the instantly popular Alexander Rybak. By the way, the young Norwegian artist of Belarusian origin will stay in Vitebsk for less than a day, but will manage to sing his "Skazka" and "Kupalinka" at the opening ceremony concert, communicate with the press, and likely visit his relatives who live in Vitebsk. If Rybak's schedule is known and calculated to the minute, then Dolph Lundgren's – Major Frank Cross from the American action film "The Peacekeeper" – stay at the "Slavianski Bazaar" is shrouded in mystery. The actor is listed on the poster for the opening ceremony concert. However, his program in Vitebsk will not be limited to this. He is expected to give a master class in Kyokushinkai karate to students of one of Vitebsk's children's sports schools and will closely follow the progress of the competition for young pop singers, likely to present his own prize. -0-
