Open Joint Stock Company "Vityaz" will present a project for the creation of high-tech production of television, medical, and other types of equipment on its basis. The investment proposal of OJSC "Moloko" (Vitebsk) concerns the construction of a workshop for the production of dry demineralized whey with a capacity of 500 tons per day, with an expansion to 1 thousand tons of raw materials.
OJSC "BelVitunipharm" will present a project for the creation of a unified complex for the production of biological and pharmaceutical preparations. The total investment volume of the declared projects is about $300 million. Currently, enterprises presenting these proposals at the forum in Minsk are completing the preparation of information stands and samples of products offered for production, noted Nataliya Saltanovich. The Belarusian Investment Forum will be held in Minsk on November 15-16 with the participation of representatives of foreign business, financial institutions, and international organizations, who will be provided with complete and reliable information about the country's investment potential, including opportunities opening up in connection with the formation of a 170 million common market of the Single Economic Space, and large investment projects will be proposed for consideration.
The format of the forum this year has been updated with the aim not only to present Belarus's opportunities but also to carefully study and take into account the wishes of potential investors. Taking this into account, a round table with the introduction of an institute of an independent moderator from among authoritative international experts has been chosen as the main form of work. Startup Day and a meeting of the Advisory Council on Foreign Investments are also planned within the framework of the forum.
