A five-year-old boy was rescued from a fall from the third floor in Orsha by rescuers
June 18, Vitebsk / Sergey Kochetov - BELTA /. Orsha rescuers saved a five-year-old boy left unattended this morning, who almost fell from the third floor. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by Marina Fando, press secretary of the Vitebsk Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The report was received at 5 a.m. from a woman from a neighboring house. The boy somehow ended up on the balcony railing and was holding on to the clothesline to avoid falling. Rescuers used a three-section ladder to remove the child from the railing and move him into the apartment. Despite the early hour, there were no adults at home.
During the investigation, it was established that the young Orsha resident lives with his mother and grandmother. Late last night, the mother left for Kyiv, and the grandmother was visiting a friend in a neighboring house. Waking up, the child went out onto the balcony, the door to which is not locked during the summer period. -0-
