Utility bills will be sent by email

A new service has been implemented in the housing and communal services system. Now, a payment document (notification) regarding the amount of payment for housing and communal services and payment for the use of residential premises can be received by e-mail. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services.

As explained in the accounting department of the settlement and cash center No. 7 of Vitebsk, for this, it is necessary to contact the organization that calculates the payment (settlement and cash center, for example) with an application indicating the e-mail address. A sample application form is posted on the website of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Belarus.

However, as noted in the same settlement and cash center, "we will send the notification from a personal e-mail, as we do not have an official one."
