Then, at 12:00, the solemn opening of the festival-fair will begin on the central stage with an award ceremony for competition winners and a festive concert.
Various exhibitions will be organized for the guests of the city and the residents of Tolochin: a bread loaf exhibition-competition from the region's districts; an exhibition of agricultural machinery; a presentation "Vitebsk Region Tourist" which includes a block of sports and entertainment games and competitions; thematic areas of city and district brands with folk craft products and master classes in various crafts. On the concert stage in the city square, creative groups will also present their districts in a theatricalized form.

In addition, on the holiday, the streets of Tolochin will be patrolled by police officers in uniforms of past years.

The city stadium invites you to cheer for the participants of the sports games. For shopping, it is worth visiting Engels Street, where a fair-sale of products from Belarusian manufacturers will be organized, as well as Volodarskogo Street and Dzerzhinskogo Street, where participants of the "Vitebsk Homesteads" project will be located. Anyone wishing to admire the creativity of students from colleges, gymnasiums, and schools of the region can do so at the exhibition in secondary school No. 1 of the district center. The events will conclude with a grand evening concert and fireworks at 9:00 PM.
