Almost 60 properties in the Vitebsk region will be put up for auction for 1 base unit in 2011
March 1, Vitebsk / Sergey Kochetov - BELTA /. In the Vitebsk region, almost 60 objects of regional communal property are planned to be put up for auction for the sale of unused property for one base value (currently Br35 thousand) during 2011, the head of the auctions and tenders department of the Vitebsk Regional Fund "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" Larisa Shcheglova told a BELTA correspondent.
This list includes real estate objects of various functional purposes that have been unused for a long time, including unfinished construction. All objects are located in district centers and small settlements.
One of these objects has already found a new owner today. The first auction for 1 base value this year was declared invalid, as only one participant applied for the lot (which includes 2 objects). In accordance with Decree No. 232 of May 5, 2009 "On Certain Issues of Conducting Auctions (Tenders)", the organizers offered the sole bidder to purchase the lot of interest to him at a price exceeding the starting price by 5%. As a result, the building of the former workshop with extensions and a garage for 5 cars with a total area of over 350 sq.m (all real estate built in 1987), located in the village of Smolyany, Orsha district, was sold to a new owner for over Br70 thousand. The owner undertakes to organize economic activities at the facilities within a year from the moment of acquiring the property, creating at least five jobs.
In total, in 2011, it is planned to involve over 100 objects of regional communal property in economic circulation in various ways in the region. -0-
