The budget will allocate almost 8 million rubles for the replacement of heating networks in Vitebsk and the Vitebsk region
– More than 10 million rubles will be allocated from the budget for energy saving this year, of which 7.7 million are for the replacement of 65 km of heating networks. The installation of six boilers running on local types of fuel with mechanized loading is planned at three boiler houses. This will increase the share of local fuel use in the fuel balance to 68%, – said Yuri Dyadyolo, Head of the Main Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Regional Executive Committee.
Also, to reduce the cost of thermal energy, it is necessary to optimize the heating schemes of ten inefficient heat sources at housing and communal services enterprises in seven districts of the region and complete similar work at two more. A plan of action has been drawn up for each boiler house, and all work must be completed by September 1, 2019, noted Yuri Adamovich.
