The results of the republican patriotic song contest "Heartfelt Involvement" were summed up in Orsha
On December 7-8, 2019, the republican contest of patriotic songs "Heartfelt" was held in Orsha.
The main goals of the contest are:
- heroic-patriotic and aesthetic education of the population;
- improving the level of performance;
- popularization of the best examples of patriotic songs;
- support for talented performers;
- organization of leisure time for the population;
- development and strengthening of cultural ties.
The patriotic festival-contest "Heartfelt" held in the city of Orsha has become a good tradition: for 7 years, the International contest-festival "Heartfelt" has been held in the Russian city of Kholm, Novgorod region; for 3 years, the project "Heartfelt" was held in the city of Orsha as a festival-relay of winners and participants of "Heartfelt" (Kholm-Orsha). In 2018, as part of the festival program, a regional competition of patriotic song performers was held, which was attended by representatives from Belarus, Latvia, Ukraine, Russia, and Germany. In 2019, the contest acquired the status of a republican one.
The organizers of the contest are: the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus, the Department of Culture of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, the Orsha District Executive Committee, the Department of Culture of the Orsha District Executive Committee. With the assistance of the Vitebsk Regional Organization of the Public Association "Veterans of Airborne Forces and Special Operations Forces", the Novgorod Regional Organization of the All-Russian Public Association of Veterans "Combat Brotherhood" and the cultural institution "Vitebsk City Museum of Internationalist Soldiers".
