A carnival costume show for young fashionistas will take place on December 3 in Vitebsk

At the same time, acquiring a suitable outfit is among the top priorities for many of them. This issue is particularly acute for young fashionistas, for whom a carnival costume is an essential attribute of the holiday. Specifically for them, a fashion show of the New Year's collection will be held in the regional center on December 3, Ivan Ryitko, director of Vitebsk State Vocational Technical School No. 19 of Household Services (VPTU No. 19), told a BELTA correspondent. The fashion show will take place at the Palace of Creativity of Children and Youth of the Vitebsk Railway District. 40 exclusive carnival outfits for children aged 1.5 to 8 years, developed by students of various courses of VPTU No. 19, will be presented to the audience. Thematically, they are divided into costumes of characters from Russian folk tales, Eastern legends and traditions, animals, and characters from modern cartoons and comics. Thus, bunnies, bear cubs, and squirrels, kings and princes, stars and snowflakes will walk the runway. Musketeers, Spider-Man, Batman, and ninjas will proudly parade. A whole parade of princesses will undoubtedly make young beauties think about their choice. As Ivan Ryitko noted, VPTU has been holding the New Year's collection show for the tenth time. This pleasant event combines many useful advantages. In particular, preparing for it is one of the activities for young people in their extracurricular time and helps future couturiers improve their professional skills. In addition, the created costumes will subsequently be sold through the educational institution's own store, and the funds received will be used to support the students and develop the material and technical base of the VPTU. -0-
