Polotsk's "Panda" conquered Moscow

Four types of products from Polotsk Dairy Plant received high marks at the 22nd annual international food exhibition "Prodexpo-2015" in the capital of the Russian Federation.

The award collection of Polotsk residents was augmented by two silver medals for the production of sweet-cream butter "Molochnoe razdolye" with a fat content of 82.5% and ultra-pasteurized milk "Polochanka" 3.2%, as well as a bronze medal, which was awarded to the whipped curd cream "Panda" with a "Cherry-vanilla" filling.

In addition, during the exhibition, a competition was held

"Best Taste-2015", which confirmed the excellent qualities of Polotsk glazed curds, which have become the hallmark of the enterprise. The award record holder is the curd bar with vanillin and a panda cub on the wrapper, well known to buyers. In Moscow, it was again out of competition and was awarded a gold medal and a diploma of the I degree. The winner was determined during a tasting through popular consumer voting.
