The Polotsk district and the Sokol district of Moscow will develop cooperation in the field of construction and housing and communal services

Housing and communal services and construction will become priority areas in cooperation between the Polotsk district and the Sokół district administration of Moscow. The development of these areas is provided for by the agreement on cooperation in the trade-economic, scientific-technical and cultural spheres of the two administrative units, the signing of which took place in Moscow, the deputy chairman of the Polotsk district executive committee Petr Petkevich told a BELTA correspondent. As the interlocutor noted, the Sokół district administration became the first business partner of the Polotsk district in the Russian Federation. The agreement defines priority areas of cooperation. In particular, it provides for the exchange of experience in the operation of trade enterprises and service enterprises, familiarization with urban programs for the development of housing and communal services, support for small businesses, participation in trade fairs and exchange of information about manufacturers. Along with construction and architecture, the administrations intend to cooperate in the field of waste processing. Such agreements are the basis for establishing commercial ties between specific economic entities, Petr Petkevich is confident. Currently, the Polotsk District Executive Committee is working on concluding agreements on cooperation in the economic and cultural spheres with the regions of the Kaliningrad and Kostroma regions of the Russian Federation. -0-
