Fifty trade, service, and catering facilities have supported the "loyalty system" in the Vitebsk region

July 25, Vitebsk / Diana Kurilo - BELTA /. Almost fifty trade, service, and public catering facilities have supported the "loyalty system" in the Vitebsk region, the trade and services department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee informed a BELTA correspondent.

For additional social protection of low-income citizens, "loyalty systems" have been introduced in stores in Vitebsk, Orsha, Polotsk, and Novopolotsk. In Vitebsk, about 30 facilities are covered by this system - stores, household service enterprises, public catering; in Orsha, 9 stores supported it, in Novopolotsk - 8, and in Polotsk - 2. Trade markups have been reduced on certain food products and everyday goods in these facilities for pensioners, disabled individuals, and participants of the Great Patriotic War, and large families.

Both large retail chains ("Yevroopt", "Vesta", "Nika") and enterprises joined the promotion. For example, OJSC "Vitebsk Meat Processing Plant" offers discounts on boiled sausages and frankfurters for large families in its branded store in Vitebsk. OJSC "KIM" offers knitted items at a lower price to disabled individuals and large families in its own store in Vitebsk.

The city public catering enterprise OJSC "Vitmil" joined the social program to support low-income segments of the population in the regional center. In the "Molodezhnoye" cafe, pensioners are offered a 30% discount on set lunches from 12:00 to 14:00.

The "loyalty system" has been implemented in the household services sector. One of the hairdressing salons of OJSC "Mir Uslug Plus" in Vitebsk offers a 25% discount on hairdressing services to pensioners, disabled individuals of groups 1 and 2, mothers with many children, and students. The service of calling a photographer from OJSC "Mir Uslug Plus" to one's home will be 50% cheaper for pensioners and disabled individuals of groups 1 and 2. In addition, all hairdressing salons and photo studios of OJSC "Mir Uslug Plus" apply a flexible discount system for veterans of the Great Patriotic War and persons equated to them on pre-holiday and holiday days: February 23, May 9, July 3.

Tailors have also not stayed aside from this good deed. The fashion house of OJSC "Vitebskiy Rassvet" offers discounts to low-income citizens on the repair of sewing products, as well as on the tailoring of trousers, skirts, and robes.

Work on conducting social initiatives in the region continues. In the near future, 5 more facilities are planned to be added to the list of facilities providing benefits to low-income groups, for example, in Vitebsk.-0-
